Cancellation Policy
Prices for ongoing therapy:
First session:
£160 (1h30m)
Any subsequent sessions:
£100 per 1 hour
£150 per 1h30 min
Phone sessions are available to ongoing clients.
Cost will be discussed upon individually.
PAYMENT:
* Payment is made by cheque or cash and is due on the day of the session.
* For families, payment can be made on a monthly basis and no later than two weeks from the date of invoice.
Payments made after this date will incur late payment charge.
*Late payment charge: 10% is added to the next bill
Cancellation Policy
Adults
On going therapy: regular sessions minimum twice a month.
Within each month sessions cannot be cancelled only rescheduled.
Please reschedule at least 48 hours ahead of a session.
Rescheduling will be based on availability .
If cancellation/reschedule is made with less than 48 hours notice, the full fee for that session is due. (The same cancellation policy applies to the one time past life regression session)
Children
In therapy children have regular sessions: once a week.
Holiday allowance- 8weeks holiday per calendar year.
Cancellation:
-with less than 48hours notice the full fee of the session is due;
-with sufficient notice (more than 48h), reschedules can be arranged subject to availability.
